Job Description:
A company is looking for a Third-Party List & Data Coordinator
to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and evaluate third-party data and mailing/email
lists for marketing campaigns
Negotiate pricing and contracts with data providers and oversee the
secure transfer of data files
Track and reconcile list rental costs and maintain accurate records
of list usage and campaign performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in list marketing, data sourcing, or direct
marketing coordination
Strong understanding of list rental models and data licensing
structures
Experience negotiating contracts with data providers or brokers
Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles
Proficient in Excel and familiarity with accounting software or
data management platforms
