Job Description:
A company is looking for an OPS Help Desk Student Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and 2 remote technical support to online
initiatives via email, phone, and text
Update and maintain data related to support tickets using a
cloud-based support desk platform
Assist in updating an online guide of common issues and participate
in remote team meetings
Required Qualifications
Open to all students eligible to work on campus with a minimum 2.0
GPA
Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; Spanish
proficiency is preferred
Availability to work afternoons (2pm-8pm) is preferred
