Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist with
experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls promptly and courteously
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem
resolution
Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in online
logs
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center
Proven history of job stability with a minimum of 1 year in each
prior position
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college
preferred
Willingness to work any shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including
weekends and holidays if required
