Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Relations Associate Analyst
to support healthcare professionals and maintain positive
relationships within the network.
Key Responsibilities
Contributes to the Dental Provider Relations job family in a
support capacity
Provides high-quality service to healthcare professionals regarding
education, contract questions, and non-routine claim issues
Assists providers with contract compliance and credentialing
issues, while prioritizing work and meeting timelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
Ability to meet high standards for attendance
Previous experience in a dental or medical healthcare environment
is preferred
