Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Complaints Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer complaint processes including logging, tracking,
and documentation of complaints
Lead routine complaint management meetings and ensure timely
investigation progress
Collaborate with teams to determine customer restitution and manage
complaint metrics and reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related Technical field preferred,
along with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Experience in Customer Complaint Management within the Medical
Device industry preferred
Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of mechanics and
manufacturing processes
Basic knowledge of quality systems including procedures and
documentation
Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments with the
ability to collaborate across various departments
