Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Compliance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of payment services risk
rating and transaction monitoring models
Collaborate with teams to implement Financial Crime program changes
and advise on related topics
Research regulatory compliance requirements and engage with
business partners to develop compliant solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security and
Intelligence, Law, Information Technology, Analytics, or
Finance
6+ years of experience in compliance, law, risk management, or
related fields
In lieu of education, 10+ years of experience in compliance, law,
risk management, or related fields
Knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, and experience with
Compliance Management Systems
Preferred certifications include Certified Regulatory Compliance
Manager, ACAMS, JD, CISA, CIPP, CRMP, PMP, or RIMS
