Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk & Controls
Advisor - CRA (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee risk management strategies and ensure alignment with
business unit risk considerations
Support the implementation of risk management policies and
procedures while identifying risks and control gaps
Engage with regulatory and internal audit processes, ensuring
compliance and timely reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Financial Services
or related fields, or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant
experience
Experience in risk or compliance, particularly with Community
Reinvestment Act and CRA processes
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or
Visio
Knowledge of risk management techniques and banking regulatory
requirements
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders,
including senior management
