A company is looking for a Rapid Resolution Specialist (IT) to
provide quality services and solutions to clients while ensuring
high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client communications and determine problem severity
Log client problem information and create service requests
accurately
Remediate support requests and verify systems functionality for
resolution
Required Qualifications
High School diploma with two years of relevant experience or an
Associate's degree
Previous IT experience preferred
Proficiency with business collaboration tools including MS Office
applications
Solid customer service abilities
Ability to gather and analyze information effectively
