A company is looking for a RCS Team Lead - Evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Supervisor line calls with top priority
Coordinating updates and changes to codes and managing admin
on-call duties
Coaching seniors on leadership and managing weekly OT scheduling
and approvals
Required Qualifications:
Experience managing daily operations
Proven skills in scheduling and coordination
Experience in training and mentoring staff
Ability to handle escalated issues effectively
Flexibility to accommodate meetings and on-call duties
