Job Description:
A company is looking for a New Patient Scheduling Specialist to
engage with leads and schedule appointments for orthodontic and
dental practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and secure
appointments
Follow up with new and warm leads through calls, texts, and
emails
Maintain detailed notes on leads and manage multiple practice
pipelines using CRM systems
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling or sales role,
preferably in healthcare
Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and leads
simultaneously
Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly HighLevel
Highly self-motivated with the ability to follow a structured daily
workflow with minimal supervision
