Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Team Lead to assist in team
growth and management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day agent team questions, issues, and reporting
duties
Monitor team workload, delegate tasks, and ensure staff
readiness
Provide training and mentorship to staff while maintaining positive
team communication
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with a GDS, preferably Sabre
Native
5+ years of experience in faring, ticketing, and exchanges
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, TEAMs, Excel, and other technology
products
Strong geographical and product knowledge of destinations and
airlines
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide innovative
travel solutions
