Required Qualifications

customer service/support experience
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance
expectations
Experience in the insurance industry or educational background in
Business Administration
Ability to leverage knowledge in analysis and critical thinking
situations
Familiarity with state, regulatory, and compliance guidelines
relevant to the role
