Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Lead to build
and manage the business development function.
Key Responsibilities
Assess ICP fit, qualify accounts, and engage in multi-threaded
conversations
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across various channels and
generate qualified pipeline
Represent the company at industry events and maintain detailed
records in CRM and sales tools
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development at
a SaaS company
Experience building pipeline from scratch in a startup or new
segment
Proficiency with sales engagement platforms and lead-generation
tools
Understanding of email deliverability and related best
practices
Strong ability to research, personalize, and engage cold
accounts
