Gunn Psychological Services of CA, -part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking an -Associate Patient Care Coordinator (Psych Testing Assessment Specialist) to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. -Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.
Location: -8300 Utica Ave. Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. May require occasional travel to Pasadena, as needed.
Schedule: -Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST
Primary Responsibilities: -


Answer phones and respond to client emails
Provide excellent customer service to clinic clients and support clinic providers
Assign new clients seeking services at our clinic to good match providers at the clinic, using knowledge of provider specialties and knowledge of client needs
Refer to those who reach out for services who are not good fit
Enter clients into state measures and outcomes tracking system
Reassign clients as needed
Collaborate with the rest of the administrative support team to support daily operations
Schedules of psych assessments -

High School Diploma/GED -(or higher)
1+ years of healthcare, mental health, or behavioral health clinic experience -
1+ years of keyboarding and basic computer software experience -

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electronic health records (Athena)
Experience with benefits and insurance verification
Ability to type 60 words per minute
Bilingual in Spanish/English

The salary range for this role is $16.00 -to $28.85 -per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
