Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Permanent Manager for our Marketing and PR department. This
position offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced,
high-profile environment at the forefront of the hospitality
industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in
marketing and public relations, with a particular focus on the
hotel and resort sector. They will also have a proven track record
of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns and PR
strategies. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of
marketing and PR for our brand, including press, photo, video,
weddings, events, and experiences. Responsibilities: Develop and
implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies that will
strengthen our brand and drive revenue growth. Oversee all
marketing and PR activities, including press releases, photo
shoots, video production, weddings, events, and experiences.
Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to develop and
execute marketing campaigns that align with our business
objectives. Develop and manage relationships with media outlets,
influencers, and other key stakeholders in the hospitality
industry. Oversee the production of all marketing materials,
including digital and print collateral. Monitor and analyze the
effectiveness of our marketing and PR efforts, and make adjustments
as necessary to ensure we are achieving our goals. Manage a team of
marketing and PR professionals, providing guidance and support as
needed. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in
marketing and PR, preferably in the hotel, resort, or hospitality
industry. Proven experience managing press relations, photo shoots,
video production, weddings, events, and experiences. Strong
leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and drive
results. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing
data and use it to inform strategic decisions. A degree in
marketing, PR, communications, or a related field. A passion for
the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional
