Supplier Relations Analyst I The Supplier Quality Analyst I is a dedicated supplier quality team member responsible for classifying and maintaining the Niagara Bottling approved suppliers list. Help ensure that suppliers are meeting and adhering to procurements legal PO and contracts. Documentation review, and supplier corrective action reports (SCARs). Essential Functions * Work with the procurement team to help qualify new suppliers through documentation review, supplier audits. * Help ensure that suppliers are meeting and adhering to procurements legal PO and contracts. * Review supplier defects and initiate and follow up on supplier corrective actions. * Help maintain and develop a comprehensive supplier performance scorecard. * Data entry, data consolidating, data cleaning, analyzing and presenting results. * Developing visual tools/dashboards for ad-hoc analysis and/or supplier performance dashboards. * Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Qualifications * Minimum Qualifications: * 0 Years - Experience in Auditing and evaluating product and procedure performance. * 0 Years - Experience in Product testing and evaluation with focus on Food Science. * 0 Years - Experience managing people/projects * experience may include a combination of work experience and education * Travel is required using percentage of time: * 0% -15% on average travels 1 week out of the month * Preferred Qualifications: * 2 Years- Experience in Auditing and evaluating aftermarket performance and procedure performance. * 2 Years- Consolidating, data entry, data cleaning, analyzing large sets of data and presenting data results. * 2 Years- Excel Macros/Automating data entry and analysis via coding. * 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects/suppliers * experience may include a combination of work experience and education Competencies * Problem Solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully. * Attention to detail * Organization * Speaks and writes clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; able to read and interpret written information. * Works well across multiple departments and suppliers .
