Members.Sr HRIS Analyst (remote)The Sr. HRIS Analyst will lead,
collaborate and support projects and day-to-day administration of
our HRIS system (Workday) spanning across all aspects of HR. This
role will get a broad range of exposure in developing and
implementing new systems and expanding functionality within
existing systems across all of our Workday SKUs including HCM,
Learning, Recruiting, Payroll/Advanced Comp, Benefits, Succession
Planning, Career Development, and Onboarding.Essential Functions
- Lead design and implementations of interfaces from primary HR
systems and coordinate all activities, including requirements
gathering, data mapping, design specifications, test strategy and
scheduling with IS and vendor teams. Provide direction to technical
developers for data conversion, complex reports, interfaces, error
handling and custom process builds
- Serves as an advanced subject matter expert for one or more
HRIS modules/functional areas and actively participates in design,
planning, implementation and support of Workday.
- Works collaboratively with HR partners and team members to
troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Monitor and research system integration issues around data,
performance, scheduling and file transmissions. Coordinate and
communicate resolution on issues with IS support teams, vendors and
business teams.
- Proactively i dentify and initiate improvement opportunities
around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend
options to leaders with justification, impacts and data for the
approach.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration and maintenance of
Workday, Kronos and any other HR related technology systems.
- Work directly with HR communities, technical staff and project
teams to identify, analyze, design, test and implement new systems
or improvements to existing systems and associated procedures
- Leads systems updates/upgrades, working with vendors (if
applicable) to test changes to ensure systems and processes are
working as designed.
- Communicates system and process changes to HR partners across
the organization.
- Coordinates with the Training & Development team to c reate and
conduct training for business super users and trainers on HRIS
applications, including features and procedures. Collaborate with
business leads on training approach and development for end users
and support teams.

- Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 Years Experience managing core HRIS technology
- 4 Years Experience in systems implementation and
integration*experience may include a combination of work experience
and education
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 Years Experience managing core HRIS, Applicant Tracking, Time
and Attendance systems
- 6 Years Experience working in HR functional systems for
Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.
- 6 Years Experience leading technology
implementations*experience may include a combination of work
