Help ensure that suppliers are meeting minimum Niagara Bottling specifications through auditing manufacturing/distribution locations, documentation review, and supplier corrective action reports (SCARs). Project review including document and ingredient qualification process.Essential FunctionsWork with the procurement team to help qualify new suppliers through documentation review, supplier audits, and raw material testing.Maintain the approved suppliers list in TraceGains / Agile.Ensure supplier and ingredient documentation, permits, licenses, and certifications are current in TraceGains.Maintain Product Development Process phases specific to supplier and ingredient documentation with cross communication between quality systems and stakeholders. Review supplier defects to initiate and follow up on supplier corrective actions.Help maintain a comprehensive supplier scorecard.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
