Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to
investigate complaints and enhance compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews of complaints and assess adherence to
regulations
Prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for
improvement
Develop and implement corrective action plans for complaint
resolution processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field with 4-5+
years of experience in lending institutions
Working knowledge of financial protection laws and regulations
Strong interest in the clean energy financing industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Experience with CRM software is preferred
