Job Description:
A company is looking for a Membership Data Sr. Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide complex reports, dashboards, and interpretive analysis for
leadership in the Global Membership department
Design and develop PowerBI and Google Analytics dashboards,
ensuring data accuracy and effective communication with
stakeholders
Conduct ad-hoc analytics, develop insights, and manage budgets and
forecasts to drive revenue and donor growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 3 years of relevant
experience or equivalent combination
Experience with SQL, advanced Excel features, and data warehousing
tools
Proficiency in relational database architecture and ETL
processes
Experience in fundraising and operational analysis within direct
response marketing
Experience in building dashboards and enterprise reports using
tools like PowerBI or Tableau
