Job Description:
A company is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure
smooth operations across their property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Triage incoming maintenance issues and assess severity for Single
Family Rental assets
Serve as a liaison between residents, the Resident Services Team,
and vendors
Manage maintenance tickets through a tech-enabled platform and
ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in property management or maintenance
coordination
Familiarity with pricing of maintenance-related products and
services
Knowledge of maintenance operations within property management
focused on Single Family Rentals
Bachelor's degree preferred
Physical capability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling,
and working in varied environmental conditions
