Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for HCM, providing support,
training, and process improvements
Partner with department leaders to define business requirements and
implement changes to processes
Conduct audits and maintain data integrity within the HRIS
system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer sciences,
business administration, human resources, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience
Strong knowledge of People Team business processes and Workday
configuration
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
