A company is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Team
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of agents to drive revenue from prospects interested in
insurance products
Coach and mentor agents to achieve sales quotas and foster
accountability
Analyze team performance reports to inform operational changes and
improve processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Expertise in property and casualty (P&C) insurance
Strong analytical skills for data evaluation and reporting
Performance-oriented with the ability to motivate a team
Empathy for agents and customers
