Cycles Consulting is hiring an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Support Representative to assist with our newest client in the telecommunications industry. We are a fast-growing firm looking to expand our portfolio of clients as well as maintain our existing client relationships. We provide initial training as well as ongoing mentorship and advancement into management opportunities. The Entry Level Sales Support Representative will meet with new and existing customers, and take charge of direct sales with the objective of generating repeatable and sustainable revenue for our clients. Entry Level Marketing & Sales Support Representative Responsibilities: Deliver presentations to potential customers to illustrate the benefits of our telecommunications services. Contributes to a great customer experience by developing relationships, demonstrating empathy, and delivering answers to customer problems. Gather data in order to design a strategy to help each customer reach their financial goals. Monitors and implements all financial plan suggestions, and aids in referring customers to other organizations who can help. Identifies cross-selling opportunities. Provides exceptional customer follow-up and follow-through. Fulfills all sales objectives for the organization.
