We need a proactive and performance-driven Sales Support Specialist – Wireless Services, eager to surpass sales support goals and adept at guiding AT&T Residential customers to a successful service outcome. In this Sales Support Specialist – Wireless Services role, you will be instrumental in both client assistance and sales enablement, driving exceptional sales support performance and fostering enduring client loyalty throughout the AT&T Residential campaign. This position provides a unique pathway to accelerate your wireless sales support and leadership career within a rapidly growing organization, committed to delivering client-focused solutions through effective sales process management and team collaboration within the AT&T Residential market. Main Job Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist – Wireless Services: Drive sales of AT&T Residential services by engaging directly with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that maximize value. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for AT&T Residential products and services, while consistently delivering a positive customer experience. Identify and cultivate leadership potential within the sales team by mentoring junior sales representatives, sharing best practices, and providing guidance on sales techniques and strategies specific to AT&T Residential. Stay up-to-date on AT&T Residential's product offerings, promotions, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer inquiries. Track and analyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for sales process improvement and strategy optimization within the AT&T Residential market. Collaborate with sales management and training teams to develop and deliver training programs for new sales representatives on AT&T Residential products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Maintain the highest ethical sales standards and comply with AT &T Residential's policies and procedures with integrity and professionalism in all sales activities. Provide proactive sales support focused on AT&T Residential, identify efficiency improvements, and foster a positive sales environment to help the sales team achieve targets.
