Compensation: $119,500 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Represent high-profile clients in the buying, selling, and leasing
of luxury properties, ensuring their unique needs are met with
precision. Build and maintain strong relationships within the
luxury real estate and entertainment communities to foster trust
and collaboration. Provide tailored real estate solutions that
align with the specific demands of clients in the sports and
entertainment industries. Stay informed about market trends and
property values to offer clients informed advice and strategic
recommendations. Coordinate and manage property showings,
negotiations, and transactions with professionalism and attention
to detail. Collaborate with team members to develop marketing
strategies that effectively showcase luxury properties to potential
buyers. Utilize your knowledge of the Los Angeles-Long
Beach-Glendale area to identify and secure prime real estate
opportunities for clients in the entertainment sector.
Qualifications: Experience in luxury real estate sales,
particularly within the sports and entertainment sectors. Ability
