Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Global HRBP Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR partner for global business units, developing
and delivering people strategies aligned with business
priorities
Lead change management strategies and design interventions to
improve organizational effectiveness and team performance
Drive recruitment strategy and workforce planning while shaping
employee engagement and relations strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field; Master's degree preferred
Over 12 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a
management role, preferably in life sciences
Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR
strategies
Experience in coaching leaders and managing complex organizational
dynamics
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR
disciplines
