the talent agenda and implement career development experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage talent career portfolios and coordinate the work of
others
Track talent pool, contract dates, and manage weekly search
meetings with hiring managers
Develop and manage systems and processes for performance management
and talent growth
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in people management
Familiarity with project management tools
Familiarity with office and calendar applications
