Job Details We are seeking a Transactional Securities Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of securities experience with public offerings and mid-cap organizations Responsibilities: SEC filings, critical securities matters, and public and private securities offerings Extensive client interaction Draft and review press releases, board consents, etc. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar of California and in good standing. 4-8 years of transactional securities experience, ideally with mid-cap organizations Experience with the 33 Act, 34 Act, and/or FINRA Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. Strong negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
