Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead IT System Engineer specializing in Endpoint Solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of endpoint engineers while developing strategies for endpoint management and security
Oversee the administration of endpoint management tools, ensuring effective configuration and monitoring of antivirus solutions
Manage the patch and vulnerability management lifecycle and enforce CIS benchmarks for endpoint security compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
8+ years of experience in IT system engineering focused on endpoint management and security
Deep expertise in antivirus monitoring and administration with enterprise-grade solutions
Proven experience with RMM platforms and strong understanding of patch and vulnerability management processes
Experience managing large-scale endpoint deployments (8,000+ endpoints preferred) and familiarity with Google Workspace endpoints
