Key Responsibilities
Utilize product knowledge to identify and resolve technical
challenges for users
Develop processes that empower frontline teams to improve user
investigations and experiences
Analyze support metrics to provide actionable insights and enhance
product quality
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product support or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or
equivalent experience
Proven experience in troubleshooting technology products and
platforms
Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly SQL
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global
context
