Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Engagement Representative to
manage member enrollment and scheduling for health programs.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to enroll and schedule
members in lifestyle management or clinical coaching
Explain platform features and services to members based on their
employer-sponsored health program
Document interactions and assist program team members with clerical
tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
GED or High School diploma, with technical medical knowledge and/or
computer courses preferred
A minimum of three years' experience in a customer service and
sales-driven environment, preferably in healthcare
Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing,
spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs
Ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues
Strong mathematical skills for handling various units of
measure
