Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor to manage
day-to-day operations of Member Advocates and enhance customer
service.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, engage, and manage Member Advocates to ensure exceptional
service
Monitor performance indicators and address issues through coaching
and training
Promote a positive team culture and identify process
improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalency required; Associate's
Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a Call
Center or Customer Support Center
Experience leading contact center teams and managing performance in
a high-volume environment
Prior experience with chat support and leading virtual teams
preferred
Ability to conduct performance evaluations and mentor staff
effectively
